How green are you?
We use about 5% of the water needed for steam cleaning. We also use natural, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are chemical free. And all of our machines are energy efficient and have the Carpet and Rug Institute seal of approval.
How fast do carpets dry after cleaning?
We guarantee that your carpets, rugs, and upholstery will be dry one hour after cleaning. So you and your family or customers can use them again quickly.
How are you different from other carpet cleaners?
Most other carpet cleaners use either a steam cleaning process or a buffing system. Steam cleaning involves soaking the carpet with hot water and chemicals to get rid of dirt. However, it can take up to 24 hours to dry and even then some dirt and moisture are left in the carpet. Floor buffers tend to clean downwards and compact the carpet, pushing dirt to the bottom and only cleaning the top.
Carpet Cleaning Authority uses a mix of oxygen powered and biodegradable cleaning solutions which do not require much water but do break up dirt and stains. Our energy efficient machines do not compact the carpet, but their counter rotating brushes lift the pile as they lift the dirt to make your carpet look fresher.
When should I get my carpet cleaned?
You should consider getting your carpet cleaned every 6-12 months. If you wait longer, as well as ending up with serious stains, and ground-in dirt, your carpet will accumulate bacteria and allergens which can be harmful to the health of your family.

Why does my carpet smell bad?

What furniture do I need to move before you get out here?
Our professional technicians will be able to move small furniture as they clean, but if you want us to clean underneath anything large, you will need to arrange for it to be moved before we get there.
